Description

Juicy, buttery, and crisp air fryer lobster tail cooked to perfection in under 10 minutes. The easiest gourmet seafood dish you can make at home.

Ingredients

Scale

2 lobster tails (46 oz each), thawed if frozen

2 tbsp melted butter

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or chives (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

1. Cut the lobster shells down the middle and butterfly the meat on top.

2. Pat dry and brush with garlic butter (melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper).

3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 2–3 minutes.

4. Place tails meat side up in the air fryer basket.

5. Cook for 5–8 minutes until meat is white and opaque.

6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish if desired.

Notes

If your lobster tails are larger than 6 oz, increase cook time slightly and check doneness with a thermometer.

Add a pinch of Cajun seasoning for extra flavor.

Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
