Ingredients
1 lb rainbow carrots (washed, trimmed, peeled if desired)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for glaze)
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
2. Slice carrots lengthwise if thick, or leave whole if slender.
3. Toss carrots in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Place carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
6. Once tender and slightly crisp, remove and drizzle with glaze if using.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
