Ingredients
1 lb thin-sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to help it crisp.
3. Rub or spray with olive oil on both sides.
4. Season the chicken evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid stacking or overlapping.
6. Cook at 400°F for 7–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
7. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Chicken is safe at 165°F.
8. Let rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing to lock in juices.
