Description

These crispy banana chips in air fryer are a healthy, oil-free alternative to store-bought snacks. Naturally sweet, crunchy, and super easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe but firm bananas

Spray oil (optional)

Sea salt (to taste)

Cinnamon or chili powder (optional)

Instructions

1. Slice bananas into 1/8 inch rounds.

2. Pat slices dry with paper towel.

3. Lightly mist with oil and season as desired.

4. Arrange in single layer in preheated air fryer (330°F).

5. Air fry 8 minutes, flip, then cook another 5–8 minutes.

6. Cool on rack to crisp fully before eating.

Notes

Use firm bananas to avoid soggy chips.

Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.

Experiment with flavors—sweet or savory.
