Description
This blackberry sage lemonade refresher is naturally caffeine-free, fruity, and perfectly herby. An ideal summer drink made with real ingredients.
Ingredients
½ cup fresh blackberries
2–3 fresh sage leaves
½ cup fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp honey or simple syrup
2–3 cups cold water or sparkling water
Ice cubes
Extra blackberries and sage for garnish
Instructions
1. Muddle blackberries and sage in a large pitcher.
2. Add lemon juice and sweetener, stir to combine.
3. Pour in cold water or sparkling water and stir again.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Serve over ice with garnishes.
Notes
Use club soda or lemon sparkling water for a fizzy version.
Add brewed green tea for a caffeine boost.
Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
