A simple yet powerful Brazilian Mounjaro recipe using apple cider vinegar, lemon, and ginger. Supports digestion, metabolism, and fat burning.
Ingredients
2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
8 oz warm water
Instructions
1. Warm the water (not boiling).
2. In a glass jar, combine all ingredients.
3. Stir or shake well.
4. Drink 15–20 minutes before your first meal.
5. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
6. Shake before use.
Notes
Optional to sweeten with honey.
Best consumed on an empty stomach.
