Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 packet French onion soup mix

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

4 burger buns

4 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)

Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, mayo, pickles


Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine beef and soup mix. Add Worcestershire if using.

2. Divide and form into 4 equal patties.

3. Cook patties on grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side.

4. Top with cheese in the final minute and cover to melt.

5. Toast buns on pan or grill.

6. Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.

Notes

You can freeze uncooked patties for later.
