Rich, creamy, and easy to make, these Butterfinger Caramel Cheesecake Bars are the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and crunchy.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup caramel sauce
1 ½ cups chopped Butterfinger candy bars
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. Mix graham crumbs with butter and press into pan. Bake for 8 mins.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
4. Fold in 1 cup chopped Butterfingers. Pour over crust.
5. Swirl in caramel sauce using a knife.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until just set.
7. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
8. Top with extra caramel and Butterfingers. Slice and serve.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for best texture.
Store in fridge up to 5 days, or freeze up to 2 months.
Add chocolate chips or peanut butter for extra flavor.
