Description

A crispy, juicy Chick Fil A spicy chicken sandwich copycat made at home with bold seasoning and a buttery brioche bun.


Ingredients

Scale

1 boneless chicken breast filet

½ cup buttermilk or pickle juice

1 cup flour

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper

1 brioche bun

2 pickle slices

Oil for frying


Instructions

1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk or pickle juice for 30 minutes.

2. Mix flour with spices and coat chicken breast thoroughly.

3. Fry chicken filet in hot oil until golden brown and fully cooked.

4. Toast brioche bun lightly.

5. Place pickles on bottom bun, add crispy chicken filet, and top with bun.
