Ingredients
12 large strawberries
200g Belgian dark chocolate (couverture)
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp rosewater (optional)
Crushed pistachios
Edible gold leaf or shimmer dust
Dried rose petals or saffron threads
Instructions
1. Wash and dry strawberries completely.
2. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
3. Stir in rosewater for fragrance.
4. Dip each strawberry in chocolate and let excess drip.
5. Place on parchment and garnish with toppings.
6. Let them set at room temperature.
7. Serve or store as instructed.
