This egg nog latte recipe blends creamy eggnog with bold espresso and cozy spices. Make it hot, iced, or blended for the ultimate winter drink.
Ingredients
¾ cup eggnog (dairy or plant-based)
¼ cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
1–2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Ground nutmeg for garnish
Cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine eggnog and milk.
2. Whisk frequently until hot and lightly frothy—do not boil.
3. Add vanilla extract and stir.
4. Brew espresso or strong coffee and pour into a mug.
5. Slowly pour in the warm eggnog mixture.
6. Top with whipped cream and a pinch of nutmeg.
7. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
Notes
For a vegan version, use oat or almond milk and non-dairy eggnog.
To make it iced, chill both the coffee and eggnog mixture before combining.
Add maple syrup or caramel drizzle for a sweeter twist.
