Description
Keto cottage cheese egg pizza crust is crispy, cheesy, and totally low-carb. A simple protein-packed base ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
3 large eggs
½ cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp grated parmesan
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
3. Mix in shredded cheese, parmesan, and spices.
4. Spread batter on parchment into a round or rectangle, ¼” thick.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and firm.
6. Add toppings, return to oven for 8–10 minutes.
7. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
Optional: Add almond flour or pork rinds for texture.
Crust freezes well after baking; reheat in oven.
Pairs well with salads or roasted vegetables.
