Ingredients
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like oat or almond)
2 oz espresso or 6 oz strong brewed coffee
2–3 tbsp lavender syrup
(Optional) ¼ tsp vanilla extract
(Optional) Dried lavender buds for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
2. Froth the milk using a whisk or frother until foamy.
3. Brew espresso or strong coffee and pour it into a mug.
4. Add lavender syrup and optional vanilla to the mug, stirring gently.
