Description

This cozy lavender latte recipe is the perfect blend of creamy milk, bold espresso, and soothing homemade lavender syrup. Whether you’re sipping it hot or iced, it brings the calm of a spring morning into every cup.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like oat or almond)

2 oz espresso or 6 oz strong brewed coffee

23 tbsp lavender syrup

(Optional) ¼ tsp vanilla extract

(Optional) Dried lavender buds for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.

2. Froth the milk using a whisk or frother until foamy.

3. Brew espresso or strong coffee and pour it into a mug.

4. Add lavender syrup and optional vanilla to the mug, stirring gently.

5. Pour frothed milk over the coffee mixture and spoon foam on top.

6. Garnish with dried lavender if desired. Sip and enjoy.

Notes

For a sugar-free version, use monk fruit or stevia in your syrup.

Chill ingredients and serve over ice for an iced lavender latte.

Use oat milk for the creamiest non-dairy texture.
