A natural ozempic drink recipe made with apple cider vinegar, lemon, chia seeds, and cinnamon to help reduce cravings, support digestion, and stabilize blood sugar naturally.


Ingredients

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

½ lemon, freshly squeezed

1 tbsp chia seeds

810 oz filtered water

Dash of ground cinnamon (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)

Stevia or monk fruit drops (optional)


Instructions

1. Add chia seeds to 2 tbsp water and let soak 10 minutes.

2. In a glass, combine vinegar, lemon juice, and filtered water.

3. Add the soaked chia gel to the mix.

4. Stir in cinnamon and sweetener if using.

5. Add ice cubes.

6. Stir well and drink before meals.
