Ingredients
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 small)
2 cups crushed potato chips (any flavor)
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup all-purpose flour
Cooking spray or light oil
Optional: garlic powder or paprika for added flavor
Instructions
1. Slice chicken breasts in half to make thin cutlets; pat dry with paper towels.
2. Crush potato chips into coarse crumbs and pour into a shallow dish.
3. Set up three bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and chips in the third.
4. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then press firmly into crushed chips.
5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
6. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket; spray lightly with oil.
7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
8. Let rest 2 minutes before serving hot.
Notes
Do not soak potato chips—keep them dry for best crunch.
Use flavored chips like BBQ or sour cream & onion for variety.
Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F for 4–6 minutes to regain crispiness.
