Description

Steak bites in air fryer are the easiest way to enjoy juicy, flavorful steak with a crispy sear—no grill or skillet needed.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire or soy sauce

Optional: parsley or garlic butter for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.

2. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.

3. In a bowl, mix steak with olive oil and all seasonings.

4. Place steak bites in air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through.

6. Remove and let rest for 3 minutes.

7. Serve hot with sauces or sides.

Notes

Let the steak rest before serving to retain juices.

Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.

Add garlic butter on top for extra richness.
