Description
This white chocolate raspberry coffee creamer brings café-level flavor to your morning coffee using real ingredients—ready in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk (or plant-based milk)
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
⅓ cup white chocolate chips
2 tbsp raspberry syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine cream, milk, and sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat.
2. Stir continuously without boiling.
3. Add white chocolate chips and stir until fully melted.
4. Remove from heat and stir in raspberry syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
5. Let cool 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a sealed jar.
6. Store in the fridge up to 7 days. Shake before use.
Notes
Try strawberry or blackberry syrup as a substitute.
Use oat or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
